Ministry of W.H.& S. House Building Co-operative Society Ltd. (Nirman Vihar) CGHS has been instrumental in reviving and transforming the Society to be an even better place to stay. Management Committee in its team is having a set of committed, selfless, professionally minded extremely high integrity members who are extremely successful in their professional lives as well.

Last Election of MC was conducted on …… and residents have elected the MC. Roads, Electricity, Maintenance, sports Facilities, cultural Events have all happened regularly to uplift the society. Extremely high diligence on financials, transparency of operation, inclusiveness is the highlights of MC.

To ensure residents get the best deliveries at all times an operating team hired from the professional companies is now taking the progress further.

Achievements of Managing Committee during the Tenure 2021-2024

1. Drinking water problem has been solved. New pipelines are laid.
2. Sewer problem from A-56 to B-78 was solved; new sewer-lines are put.
3. After 35 years, the pruning of the trees was done.
4. 35 new ornamental lights were installed in C Block Park & it was cleaned from time to time.
5. New pavements were made in D Block Park.
6. Tikona Park adjacent to D-325 was cleaned, barbed wire & fence was welded in front of the transformer for safety reasons, 3 LED lights were fixed in the park, and benches were also kept for the residents of Nirman Vihar.
7. 2 electric meters were installed on both the gates (Gate No. 1 near Lord Of Drinks & Gate No. 2, opposite Universal Public School).
8. Resurfacing of the road from Gate No. 1 to Malik Radix Hospital has been done, and the remaining work of the road (C-195 to C-207) & from Malik Radix Hospital to D-228 too has started and would be completed soon.
9. For the last 3 years, we are celebrating Diwali & Teej, organizing summer camps for the children, and even dance & Zumba classes are conducted for the ladies, which has never been done before.
10. Free yoga classes, a physiotherapy clinic, and a free homeopathic dispensary are running successfully.
11. The club for the entertainment & refreshment of the residents too is doing well.
12. 2 new signboards of Nirman Vihar were put up on both the gates.
